What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga is practiced barefoot, so no special footwear is required.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

While we have mats available for use, we recommend bringing your own mat for hygiene purposes. We also have mats available for purchase.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to check in, set up your space, and settle in. This helps ensure a peaceful start to practice.
